Exchanges / Returns

At Tactile Tasmania we pride ourselves in doing everything we can to ensure you love our products. However, if for some reason you do not, refer to our returns policy below:

We are happy for you to return unused products for a full refund or exchange, with a few conditions. 

1. the product must be received by us within 21 days from the date of our initial shipment. 

2. The products must not be used or washed, and be returned in the original packaging in which they were received. 

If you meet the conditions above, please use the following instructions:

1. Contact us at hello@tactiletasmania.com.au to request a return or exchange and explain the reason. Also, include your order number. 

2. Once we have replied to your email and authorised the return or exchange, the product should be returned in its original packaging to the address which we will list in our email correspondence within 21 days of our initial shipment. We advise you use a tracking service, as we will not be responsible for any goods lost in transit. 

Once we receive the goods in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange and confirm this via email. 

 

Please note that Tactile Tasmania is not responsible for transit costs for returned items - these are at the customer’s expense unless a product is faulty. We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.
